## Access and modules [#access-and-modules]

  <Accordion title="Why can a colleague see something I cannot?">
    Access depends on your role, your permission sets, your department and management scope, and the modules your organisation has enabled. [Explain access](/en/product-guide/organisation-and-access#roles-and-permissions) shows where each of a person’s permissions comes from. Ask your administrator to review access that looks wrong.

  <Accordion title="Are all modules included for every organisation?">
    No. Your organisation’s configuration decides which modules, pages and connections are available.

## Time and corrections [#time-and-corrections]

  <Accordion title="Does idle time mean no work was done?">
    No. Meetings, offline work and device problems can all show up as idle or missing time. The day view explains time that was not credited, and you can propose a correction (see [Time and tasks](/en/product-guide/time#time-corrections)).

  <Accordion title="Can I correct my time?">
    Yes. Propose a correction with a reason. A second person must approve it, and the measured record itself is never changed.

## Screenshots and image analysis [#screenshots-and-image-analysis]

  <Accordion title="Are screenshots always taken and kept?">
    No. Screenshots are taken only if the recording policy turns them on. Each kind of data is kept only as long as the retention settings allow (see [Screen evidence and privacy](/en/product-guide/screen-evidence)).

  <Accordion title="Does image analysis change my time?">
    No. An analysis describes a screenshot and can be wrong. It never changes measured time.

## Connections [#connections]

    You can prepare a Jira connection as a draft. Connector execution is turned off in this release, so the connection cannot be activated yet. See [Jira](/en/connections/jira).

## Notifications [#notifications]

  <Accordion title="Why am I not getting notification e-mails?">
    Check **Settings → Notifications**: e-mail may be turned off for you in this organisation. The notices still appear in the app, under the bell, unless you turned in-app notifications off as well. Notification preferences are kept per organisation.

  <Accordion title="Can I choose which kinds of notifications I receive?">
    Not one by one yet. The in-app and e-mail switches apply to all kinds of notifications together.
