# Welcome to Akollo (https://docs.akollo.com/en)

Akollo brings work, time, people and connected systems into one workspace. Employees follow their tasks and time. Managers review submitted work, corrections and reports. Administrators manage access, the recording policy and connections.

## Modules [#modules]

Every area of Akollo also has its own start page: what it is for, who uses it, the main screens, key tasks step by step, permissions and common questions. Open [Modules](/en/modules) and pick the area you work in.

## About this guide [#about-this-guide]

Three things decide which pages you see: your organisation’s configuration, the modules it has enabled and your permissions. If you open a page you are not allowed to use, the page says so instead of showing its content. This guide describes what is available in the current release.

<Callout type="info" title="Note">
  Some pages in this guide describe areas that are still planned. They are marked with a “Planned” notice at the top.
</Callout>

## The sidebar [#the-sidebar]

The sidebar has two groups. **Menu** holds the work areas: **Home**, **My work**, **Projects**, **Time**, **People**, **Customers**, **Finance** and **Insights**. **General** holds **Admin**, **Settings** and **Help**. You only see a section if it has at least one page you may open.

The bar at the top of every page has a search for projects and people, the task currently set on your device, **Ask AI** and the notification bell. The command palette lets you jump to any page by typing its name.

## FAQ [#faq]

<Accordions type="single">
  <Accordion title="Why is a section missing from my sidebar?">
    A section only appears if it has at least one page you may open. Your organisation’s configuration, its enabled modules and your permissions decide this. Ask your administrator if you think something is missing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Which languages does the app support?">
    The app is available in Turkish and English. Notification e-mails can also be sent in either language; see [Getting started](/en/getting-started#notifications).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does this guide describe features I cannot use yet?">
    The guide describes the current release. Areas that are still planned carry a “Planned” notice, so you can tell them apart.
